We are looking for hardworking and reliable Insulation Installers / Attic Technicians to join our field team. This role involves working in attics and crawlspaces performing full-service attic jobs, including insulation removal, rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitization, and installing new insulation. This is a hands-on, physical position for someone who takes pride in quality work and being part of a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Set up protective coverings from entry to attic (floors, walls, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
- Work closely with crew members and crew leaders
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety and application guidelines
- Use fire-rated foam and proper materials
- Remove old insulation using vacuum systems and proper containment
- Install new insulation (blown-in fiberglass, batts, or cellulose when applicable)
- Properly rodent proof and follow company standards for long term protection
Qualifications
- Construction or labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and hot environments
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and team player
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Insulation installation (blown-in or batts)
- Attic or crawlspace work
- Use of power tools and equipment
- Understanding of basic construction or home systems
